PC HARDWARE TOOLS
PC Tool Kit

PC Tool kit |
It
is a PC tools kit where it provides you with all of the tools you will need to
repair and maintain your computer. Basically, the features of the tools are
depending on the prices itself. It has the basic needed for most kinds
of computer hardware set-up, troubleshooting and repair. It is important that
the tools within the kit are demagnetized, as certain components within a
computer can be damaged permanently due to the effect of magnets.
Soldering Iron

Soldering Iron
It
is usually a rod-shaped metal engineering tool with a pointed or wedge-shaped
tip that is heated electrically or in a frame, used to melt apply solder in
soldering metallic parts. It provides heat to melt the
solder so
that it can flow into the joint between two workpieces.
With
the use of soldering iron, it passes an electric current (supplied through an
electrical cord or battery cables) through a resistive heating element. Soldering irons are most often used for installation,
repairs, and limited production work in electronics assembly. High-volume
production lines use other soldering methods. Large irons may be used for
soldering joints in sheet metal objects. Less common uses include pyrography (burning
designs into wood) and plastic welding.
Soldering Wire Dispenser Tube
It is a tube
of flux cored wire for general purpose soldering. It is perfect for all
types of general purpose and fine electronics soldering work including printed
circuit boards, electronic kits, electronic parts/wire repair, and more. This
solder wire is not suitable for plumbing or jewelry work and it is ideal to be
used by workers such as electronic technicians and craftsmen. The width of the
solder wire usually happens to be 0.040 inch.
Adjustable Wrench
An
adjustable wrench (spanner or crescent)
is a tool used to provide grip and mechanical advantage in applying rotation to
turn objects, usually rotary fasteners and be used to loosen or tighten a nut
or bolt. It has a "jaw"
(the part where the nut or bolt fits), which is of adjustable size. The
adjustable wrench works by turning a screw, which is usually located at the
bottom of the head. While ordinary wrenches can only be used on a particular
size nut, an adjustable wrench can be used on a much wider variety of nut sizes.
Adjustable wrenches are very useful when working with car or bicycle or when
doing some plumbing.
Long Nose Pliers
Long-nose
pliers (needle-nose pliers, pinch-nose pliers, or snipe-nose pliers) are used by electricians and other tradesmen to bend,
re-position and cut wire. Given their long shape, it is best for gripping small parts
in areas where fingers won't fit, or reaching into recesses to retrieve small
items and it provides excellent control and reaches for fine work in small or
crowded electrical, while cutting edges nearer the pliers' joint
provide "one-tool" convenience. Type of pliers that has a long nose
usually 4" to 8" long and often has a cutting edge at the back of the
jaw for wire cutting. Pliers have tapered ends for working in a small
space or with a small object.
Chip Extractor
It
extracts a range of sizes from 8 pins through 24 pins from any socket without
damage or bend to the chip and it is spring loaded one-hand design requires no
pulling, just squeeze handles and chip is lifted from the socket. It also has
ESD safe handles for use on all static safe components and was made in machined
stainless steel for long-life. This is a one-piece insulated spring steel
extractor to extract LSI, MSI and SSI devices where it can remove all types of
DIP/IC's without bending pins.
The function is to replace
an existing processor chip with a newer model you can use it to remove memory
chips that have gone bad or need to be upgraded. It is also a helpful tool to
extract ROM or BIOS chips that no longer work or have been infected with a
virus. Pullers on chip extraction
tools prevent the scratching or breaking that may occur when microchips are
removed in other ways, such as if a user pries the microchip loose with a screwdriver.
The anti-static material used in some chip extraction tools reduces the
possibility of electrical damage. Spring-assisted handles on some tools avoid
the need to pull on a chip.
